Ruby on Rails /Gemfile not found?

Question

I just installed RVM, Ruby 2.0, and Rails 3.2.15 on OS X Mountain Lion. Everytime I start a new Rails project I get the following:

Does anyone know why?

I aliased my 'bundle exec' command, and I was getting the same errors as you. I removed the alias...BOOM! It works!
