WSDL: Error to Add Service Reference C# on VS 2010

I get this error when i try to include the reference of the WSDL service: Link

The document at the url http://www.comercioweb.com.br/ws/servidor.wsdl was not recognized as a known document type. Somebody know why this error? Delphi 7 import it very well...and www.wsdl-analyzer.com say zero errors on wsdl.

WSDL（xml）生成不正确...由于某种原因，Delphi无法检测到它。.但是在运行时，它给了我一个错误...在c＃/ visual studio上，当我创建服务引用时出现了错误。
