Download pdf file using javascript

Question

我在mvc中有一个项目，在该项目中，我上载pdf文件并将数据保存到数据库中，如何显示指向页面的链接，当用户单击链接时，他可以下载该文件？

I don't know how to save file in database but I am sure that it will let user download that file.
