Send Push Notifications notification to all devices using GCM for my android app
Question
Am making a android application.I want to implement Push Notifications for my android application. I checked online and saw a nice tutorial from androidhive.com.I would like to send an message to all devices that have the app installed.

Loop over your registration IDs. You can send a message to up to 1000 registration IDs at a time . If you have more than 1000 registered users, send one message per 1000 registered users.
There is no option in GCM to send to "all device".
