Office 365 end user authentication

Question

I have an Office 365 username and password. I want to authenticate the details using REST API without using powershell. I can authenticate them using client id and secret. But all i need is i want to authenticate an end user using username and password (or) username and any other combination without using powershell.

PS: I was able to perform admin authentication using username, password, client id and client secret.
