How to remove javascript src's if @media (min-width:xxx px) {

I want to remove

   <script src="../js/jquery.plugin.js"></script>

in my list of scripts in my head tag in my webpage ONLY IF my screen size is

@media (min-width:xxx px) {

My scenario is that I want to remove a specific script when I am using a tablet, but when i am using a desktop, i want to use it, how can i achieve this? My idea is to comment out the script tag if my width has changed but how? tia.

Make sure to include jQuery for both desktop and mobile.
