Issues in installing Ionic framework on Mac OS X Yosemite
Question
I am trying to install Ionic framework on my mac-mini having Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10). As per the http://ionicframework.com/getting-started/
Installed Node.js from https://nodejs.org/dist/v0.12.7/node-v0.12.7.pkg
After that I ran following command from terminal $ sudo npm install -g cordova ionic
But I am getting following issues:

I saw some similar post on SO, but it did not solve the issue. Would be great if someone help in the same.
Update: I tried to install cordova, it got successfully installed. After that i tried installing ionic, but it DIDNOT get install.

Yes it looks that the problem mostly comes from the service provider. I switched the internet providers and everything worked, bit strange but it is a solution.

It seemed to be the issue with my service provider. I switched from BSNL network to Airtel and tried again. It installed successfully! It seemed BSNL disabled some server data.
