How can i set a background from a batch file in windows 8.1?

Hi as the title suggests i would like to how to set a background from a bat file in windows 8.1

You can't set background in batch. You must ether use java or C++ or use the color command to set the color of the window. Example:

@echo off
color f3
title example
cls
echo example
cls
pause
