Error in my console - [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module starter due to: [$injector:nomod] Module 'starter' is not available

"[$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module starter due to: [$injector:nomod] Module 'starter' is not available! You either misspelled the module name or forgot to load it. If registering a module ensure that you specify the dependencies as the second argument."

I started getting this nasty bug in my console while I was working on a new feature for my Ionic app. I have gone over my modules, moved some script tags around, and I still can't figure this out. I have seen other people with this error put the ng-app in the head, which I did and it didn't work. I hadn't touched the ng-app or the angular.module at the top of app.js when I started getting this error. Can someone help point me in the right direction?

I am sure you probably already figured this one out. But just posting in case helps somebody else. I had this exact issue when I began ionic. Your removing the factory was the key. You terminated your "config" with a semi-colon, but then chained the factory right after it. You also have the semi-colon after the .run so you should remove that. Also, each factory must terminate with a ")" if you chain em like you did. So I just removed the semi-colon and added the ")" and it works fine. You don't need to have the $http.get to the example.com you have after the .run. You already were so close as I was. I posted the redone code below
