If the cells are actually empty, you could skip the loop and just use:
On Error Resume Next
OutputDataBordyRange.SpecialCells(xlcelltypeblanks).Value2 = 0
On Error Goto 0
The Nothing
keyword is not used to see if a cell is empty, it is used to see if a variable holds the default value for it's declared data type, or assign the default value to it (see this for more information) .
Try the following:
