errors in web.config in asp.net application

Question

I have a application running in IIS 7. But now I want the application run to in visual studio 2013. So I open the application as a webapplication. But now I get errors in the web.config file. This is the webconfig file:

So it seems there is someting wrong. But is it pure the web.config file. Or is it something else, like mabe the configuration of the project self. I also addes a screenshot how the project looks like.
