Windows Batch Script for SVN & reviewboard

Question

I'm a newbie to batch scripting. i have written a below script but it was not running. Please let me know whether i'm missing any syntax or something.

Script Procedure :- The variable %MESSAGEFILE% will contain two lines of strings Example :- PID-PROJECTID DEV SFRNUM:0123 Review:123 If missing anyone line should throw error in block :Commitmsg Otherwise it should proceed.
