How to change Social Footer links in Open cart?

How to add footer links in Open Cart? as I go to this link but that is not reliable to me. can anyone suggest it using cpanel.
I saw a tag
echo $fbottom_full;
there but i am unable to get where it is defined. any help will be appreciated.
