How to add a block in blockchain in node js?

I am a new in Blockchain info API . I want to add a blocks and fetch the blocks . How is it possible. Please suggest.

would you please tell which blockchain are you using? there are so many nowadays. My suggests is to read the document first. Figure out the basics and the transaction work flow.
I guess you are using something like sdk, right? Then please read the doc of the sdk too. After you got the idea how to use it, then everything will be OK.
