Azure Monitor vs Splunk

Question

Are you aware of any comparetive study available on Azure Monitor vs Splunk? Or in other words, when (what are the use cases) would you go for Splunk when you are already using Azure Monitor?

I think that this is not either or situation between Splunk and Azure Monitor. Splunk would be very useful along with Azure Monitor.
