How to install webpack-encore version 1?

I want to install webpack encore version 1.0 using this CMD : composer require symfony/webpack-encore-pack I get this problem picture of the problem

  The symfony/webpack-encore-pack is no longer required anymore. Instead, use symfony/webpack-encore-bundle.

and none of the webpack.config.js and asset file/folder are generated

I don't want to use the last version because it is different from the tutorial I am following. so is there any way I can install it manually?
