How to backup the file from Visual studio code laravel replaced it

I have a big problem. I am working with laravel. I made my page without problems but my main styles are called app.css (Laravel with react replaces it)

And when you try to install react, but don't take that into account: /.

I click on 'undo'. But it does not work. (Visual studio code)

I worked 3 days on it. Is there a way to get it back? Cache, I don't know: ') My browser is Microsoft Edge, it usually always came with it and chrome.

Help me please, I lost almost all the css I only had the basics left.
