How to convert an entire SharePoint site into WordPress

Hi all – my organization is wanting to convert an extranet SharePoint into WordPress. What is the best/most time-efficient way to do this? I was hoping there was a utility that existed that could do this but so far I haven't found anything....assuming we'd need to start fresh in WordPress and manually copy things over.
