Element "groups" cannot be located in parent view (odoo 14)

Question

I'm trying to migrate a module from Odoo 12 to 14, I'm getting the following error when trying to install the module :

Element '<group groups="module.group1,base.group_erp_manager,module.group2">' cannot be located in parent view

I'm looking at the documentation but it seems kind of the same to me in Odoo 12, definitely, it's handled differently in 14, any hint what it could be?

In odoo debug view look at Inherited Views of your view. There you see all other modules that are modifying your view.
