Heroku app successfully deploying, but receiving application error when loading site. But I can seem to find an error

When loading my site it displays the error message;

Application error

An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command

heroku logs --tail

It can't seem to find the error in the Application log and view log.

I can't leave a comment because I don't have enough rep, but it looks like it says:

at=error code=H10

H10 is a crashed app error, looks to me like something with the dyno. What kind of dyno are you using, and what do the memory demands look like?
