Pandas find highest value after specified index groupby

Question

I have a dataframe of many tickers and dates (Image for illustration only, sample data available on codeshare in link at bottom as it exceeds limit here)

I want to find the highest value for every ticker on every date, AFTER the lowest value for that day.

For example, in the below image, i would have identified the lowest point as 400 , and only want to find the highest point after that, which will be at around 418 . (Ignore the x axis, i did a quick reset index, the actual index i was going to plot on is the datetime)

I can find the lowest per day per ticker with the following groupby

df.groupby(['Date','ticker'])['Low'].idxmin()

Which then gives:

However, how would i be able to specify a groupby that will only return the max after the specified minindex per ticker? or is there another way to go about this?
