Goal Seek in Excel

Question

I can't seem to get goal seek to work in Excel. I keep getting 113 years for some reason when I run goal seek and the payment isn't at all near where I need it to be which is 6250.

I'm experienced with goal seek but can't seem to get this one to work.

So, the answer is that the 6250 needs to be a -6250 since we are using the pmt function, and the pmt function spits out negative numbers to represent payments.
