How can we increase the subnet size in Azure?

In Azure, we keep running into "ip address capacity" issues from time to time. Is there a way to increase the su.net size without affecting the servers that are already provisioned in that su.net?

Creating a new su.net is always an option. But then we have to deal with the hassle of moving servers from the old su.net to the new su.net.

Once a subnet has resources in it, the subnet cannot be resized.

Change subnet settings

I believe you would add an additional su.net to grow the .net as the proper course of action. Then you would have to adjust your workloads to use that new su.net size you have added.
