How to solve “Not Secure” on static website hosted on S3?

I'm getting a "not secure" message in the web-browser when loading my website, which is hosted on S3.
I've gone through all my code and made sure there's no http tags (they are all https). How do I solve this? What is the root cause of this error?

Looks like you don't have SSL certificate. You can get free SSL certificate from Cloud Flare and redirect all http request to https request then you website will show secured
