How to scrape link and text of webpages using rvest?

Question

I am trying to scrape speeches of Argentina's presidents using rvest in R . Here is the code I have written thus far:

url_president <- "https://www.casarosada.gob.ar/informacion/discursos?page=%d"

This captures the title and date of the speeches but not the link (which I want to use to scrape the text). Could someone help me out with this? I'm not sure what is going wrong.
