Keep track of how many times a workflow hits a Contact

I'm new to hubspot, and I've got quite a complex Workflow to build out. I'd like to figure out if some parts are even possible.

I've got a workflow against a form, which starts off by checking the postcode and using an if/then branch to group them into regions associated with 1 or more contacts. Each contact will have their own threshold of the # of leads per week they want to receive. Is it even possible to keep track of this data against a contact somehow?

You will be able to see within the workflow which contact is active and in which stage. You can also go into the contact record and see which workflows it has been active in or has gone through. If you need more assistance, can show you on a Zoom.
