Installed ionCube for my website but not installed for admin panel

I Installed wordpress website on Ionos Host. Then I seen error about install ionCube, So I installed then. After the install ionCube on host, Showing website without problem but when I want to go to admin showing me message again install ionCube. Thank u for help.

I just copy php.ini in to wp-admin folder and everything is ok.

note: I created a php.ini file in root website. This file include this command:

zend_extension= YourWebsiteRoot/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_7.4.so

This file exact coped into wp-admin folder.
