Data Governance Workflow in Microsoft Purview

This Microsoft article describes two kinds of workflows in Microsoft Purview :

1. Data Governance Workflow - for data policy, access governance, and loss prevention. Scoped at the collection level.
2. Data catalog - to manage approvals for CUD (create, update, delete) operations for glossary terms. Scoped at the glossary level.

But article has no further information on Data Governance Workflow. In an online search, as well, I do not find any example of Data Governance workflow in Purview. Question : Can anyone please briefly explain how to create such workflow in Purview. Or can anyone please point to an online resource that has such example?
