Read hash from torrent file in php

Question

I'm searching for an php script that can read from a dictionary with torrent and extract the hash info into plain text like this:

cf3563daa4941b1f10b5cbed4219d344d8a34b65

i have tried fopen and bencode, encode sha1 but i cant make it work.

Please help.
