I know there is:
NSTimeInterval timestamp = [NSDate timeIntervalSinceReferenceDate];
but there is also:
CFTimeInterval timestamp = CFAbsoluteTimeGetCurrent();
Is one faster / more efficient / more precise than the other?
how about mach_absolute_time
? Don't think you can get more precise than that
