Facebook Open graph only working on some pages on wordpress site

Question

I have a wordpress website socialshoreditch.com and each post page has social share icons, for some reason they do not work on every post page, even thought they are all the same. Also, when I share the link, sometimes i get the opengraph data, sometimes I do not.

As this is wordpress and all templated I'm struggling to find out why it would not work.

Does anynbody know why this may be?
