造成此问题的最可能原因是您的应用程序是单线程的(就像大多数简单的Windows应用程序一样)。 这意味着,尽管您正在将消息发送到列表视图以将新元素追加到列表, 由于尚未返回原始处理程序( RollDiceButton_Click ),因此尚未处理消息。
