为什么chef_gem食谱是通过chef-solo而不是通过vagrant工作的

资源chef_gem与chef-solo 一起工作，但不适用于vagrant up

执行vagrant $ sudo chef-solo -c /vagrant/solo.rb -j /vagrant/aux.rb 可以正常工作。

什么时候
