解决方法如下：经过14个小时的不间断调试，发布和更改项目，我在AccountController之前注释了一个属性[InitializeSimpleMembership] ，并将所有内容部署到了天蓝色。 我希望这对以后的任何人都有帮助。

PS：如果您不知道需要什么属性，最好不要使用它们。
