OsTicket + IIS + mySQL +极慢的查询

Question

在1台服务器上，一切正常，有数千张票证。 在另一台服务器上，查询最多需要90秒...大部分时间是30-40秒...这些看上去很简单的查询...此数据库中大约有16K票证。附件...

这个问题使我想起了我曾经做过的mySQL代码实现，它在基本查询中也遇到了这类延迟。 这个问题闻起来很相似。

我已经在mySQL中尝试了以下内容

1. 绑定到静态IP，而不使用lcoalhost
2. 跳过DNS解析
3. Mysql InnoDB刷新TRX日志为0和2
4. 修复了所有表经过优化的表

服务器确实处于空闲状态。 它具有16GB RAM和8个内核。 它也可以运行其他服务，如IIS，MSSQL等，但是如上所述，它处于闲置状态。我看不到它是服务器配置/资源问题。

MySQL消耗约1gb的Ram，有时约5-15％cpu ....（CPU在我看来似乎很高...）
