您有几个设计错误:

不要同时使用BufferedWriterDataOutputStream通过套接字发送/接收数据,如果要发送字符串,可以使用DataOutpurStream writeUTF(aString)方法。

在另一个线程上执行读取(从套接字读取),因为这段代码while((n = inStream.read(buffer)) != -1)将阻塞直到套接字关闭为止。

在客户端代码中,您正在UI线程上运行套接字通信,这将阻止您的应用程序,为此创建另一个线程。

您耗尽了内存,因为您正在使用:

 while((n = inStream.read()) != -1) { 

            content.write(buffer, 0, n); 
            ...
 }

它仅从流中读取一个字节,然后将4096写到文件中。 代替read()使用read(buffer)
