原始的newImage不公开。 您将重新分配它并处理新图像。

删除以下内容:

Image newImage = Image.FromFile(newFileNamePath);

并将您的声明移至下一行。 该行没有执行任何操作,因为您在之后立即替换并处置了新的替换项,但从未处理过。
