当你做

sums = [p.apply_async(self._sub_function) for i in range(10)]

发生的情况是self._sub_function将被腌制10次并发送到辅助进程进行处理。 要腌制实例方法,必须腌制整个实例( 包括 data属性)。 快速检查显示, np.zeros((126,2048,2048))需要4227858596字节,并且您向10个不同的进程发送了10倍的字节。

您在_send_bytes期间_send_bytes错误,这意味着到工作进程的传输已中断,我的猜测是因为您正在达到内存限制。

您可能应该重新考虑您的设计,如果每个工作人员都可以在部分问题上工作而无需访问整个数据,那么多处理通常效果最好。
