键盘隐藏UITextView swift 2

我使用带有2个海关单元的UITableView ，我有UITextView和UITextField自定义单元格，当它被键盘顶部的键盘隐藏时，我试图向上移动编辑的字段，这是我的viewDidLoad代码：

它适用于UITextField但不适用于UITextView 。 为什么？

            textView.resignFirstResponder()
            return false
        }
        return true
    }
