如果你有几个版本的python，请确保在你想要使用的python版本的目录中导航，转到'Scripts'文件夹并在那里运行pip命令。 希望这有效。

看起来PyPi上没有这个软件包。 你想安装什么？ 你的点子版本很老 - 点1.5.4。 当前版本是8.1.2 。

您还可以使用pip install -v在安装时获取更多信息。
