php move_uploaded_file（）无法上传视频

我成功上传了图片，但我无法将视频上传到我的服务器，现在我正在使用XAMPP进行本地测试。

我已经给了写文件，读取文件夹的权限，但它仍然没有移动文件，当然我的PHP文件与我的目的地在同一文件夹中，在这种情况下“./”
