php move_uploaded_file（）無法上傳視頻

你好我試過通過類似的問題閱讀，無法解決問題。

我成功上傳了圖片，但我無法將視頻上傳到我的服務器，現在我正在使用XAMPP進行本地測試。

我已經給了寫文件，讀取文件夾的權限，但它仍然沒有移動文件，當然我的PHP文件與我的目的地在同一文件夾中，在這種情況下“./”
