我最近遇到了这个问题。 这似乎是一个问题，尤其是对于appdirs。 我已经解决了此问题，只需升级appdirs，更新我的requirements.txt，然后重新部署到heroku。

pip install appdirs --upgrade
pip freeze > requirements.txt
