gem install libv8 -v '3.16.14.7' -- --with-system-v8

首先将gem gem'libv8'，'〜> 3.16'，'> = 3.16.14.7'添加到gem文件中或运行gem install libv8 -v 3.16.14.7 。

安装或添加gen后，运行bundle install 。

gem文件将成功添加。
