virtualenvwrapper.sh: There was a problem running the initialization hooks. 

If Python could not import the module virtualenvwrapper.hook_loader,

VIRTUALENVWRAPPER_PYTHON=/usr/local/bin/python and that PATH is
set properly.

万一将来有人发现这有用，对我有用的是安装conda而不是virtualenv。

安装conda后，无论出于何种原因，virtualenv也开始工作。

我已经通过自制软件安装了macOS 10.12.6和python 2。

对我有用的是，通过添加export PATH="/usr/local/opt/python/libexec/bin:$PATH"确保自制python在$PATH env变量中位于系统python的前面。

我的.zshrc的相关部分如下所示：

export PATH="/usr/local/opt/python/libexec/bin:$PATH"  # homebrew python 2 in front of the system one
export WORKON_HOME="$HOME/Virtualenvs"
source /usr/local/bin/virtualenvwrapper.sh

我从公式文档中得到了这个主意：
