TEST 1: It took an average of 1.2609198093414307 seconds to evaluate 1000 expressions on a dataset of 1030 rows and 10 columns.

当前,唯一经过优化的操作是对samples[:, j]进行索引。 (几乎)其他所有内容都是无类型的,因此Cython不能对其进行太多优化。

我真的不想完全重写您的(相当大的)程序,但是这里有一些有关如何改进程序的简单想法。

  1. 解决一个基本的逻辑错误-您需要在循环中添加Y = numpy.zeros(N)行。 stack.append(Y)不会复制Y ,因此,每次修改Y您也会修改放置在堆栈上的所有其他版本。

  2. 设置一个类型ab

     cdef double[:] a, b # at the start of the program 

    这将显着加快索引的速度

     Y[i] = a[i] * b[i] 

    但是,这将导致像a = stack.pop()这样的行变慢一些,因为它需要检查结果是否可以用作memoryview。 您还需要更改行

     stack.append(float(p))
