我可以通过将web3==4.1.0移到requirements.txt文件并运行pip install -r requirements.txt来解决该问题。

不知道为什么它起作用。 但是，尝试从setup.py文件安装它时仍然失败。

顺便说一句，根据web3 自述文件，它们仅支持python 3.5+。
