Nginx 不在 Windows 上使用 Waitress+Django 提供静态文件

我已经在带有 python 3.4 的 virtualenv 上安装了 django 2.0 并且因为 gunicorn 无法安装在 windows 中我发现女服务员对他的工作没问题，我的问题是 nginx（可能是我的配置错误）不提供静态文件，但是我在 Windows 上没有找到太多关于 nginx 的信息。
