我的数据库、用户名和密码都是准确的,因为我已经在本地服务器上测试过了。

假设两个实例都在同一个 VPC(如默认 VPC)或路由/对等 VPC 中运行:

确保您已经创建了两个单独的安全组,一个用于 EC2 实例,另一个用于 RDS 实例。 向 RDS SG 添加入站安全组规则,并允许来自 EC2 SG 的传入 PostgreSQL 连接 (5432/tcp)。

如果您通过 AWS 控制台执行所有操作,则会自动应用所有正确的出站规则。
