RCurl getURL 与 FTP over proxy

在 cURL 中，您使用CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL选项使其使用CONNECT ：

使 libcurl 隧道所有操作都通过 HTTP 代理（使用 CURLOPT_PROXY 设置）。 使用代理和通过它隧道之间有很大的区别。

隧道意味着HTTP CONNECT 请求被发送到代理，要求它连接到特定端口号上的远程主机，然后流量就通过代理传递。
